When I was a starving film student, I survived on part-time jobs I found in the back of Dramalogue. I was stoked beyond belief one morning to find a job pretty fast as a production assistant on a low-budget movie called \u201cHubba Hubba.\u201d<\/p>\n

I should have been suspicious when nobody checked my neatly-typed resume or my lengthy references. I should have realized<\/em> when all they wanted to know was, \u201cHow fast can you run?\u201d<\/p>\n

As it happened, the shoot was straight porn and had an interesting premise of a serial-killing nympho. I tried not to be shocked at all the nudity and boy did I have to run when two days into production, the cops shut us down.<\/p>\n

My father has always said I should have known it was \u2018hinky\u2019 from the title. He always claimed that would-be film gave me a taste for decadence. Me, I think I\u2019m still sore that I never got reimbursed for the coffee and donuts I bought for the crew two mornings in a row.<\/p>\n

I was disappointed I never got to see my name in lights sooner but hey, now that I have a book and gay porn movie deal, I do!<\/p>\n

My friend John Bruno suggested we do four books based on some ideas he had and he would shoot them as webisodes for his Massive Studio website. The webisodes will then be released as DVDs.<\/p>\n

\u201cLaid\u201d which came out September 15 was filled with sex scenes I totally imagined and adored writing. John loved the carwash scene and all the others but said, \u201cDude, all that water\u2026that\u2019s expensive to shoot.\u201d He confessed he always wanted to do a scene in a car wash and all that voodoo I\u2019ve been doing must be working because he is now trying to figure out how to shoot it.<\/p>\n
