\"\"<\/a>It was a big weekend for me. I received a contract offer on a second MS. Dreamspinner Press will be publishing my m\/m novella DISGUISES in October. I\u00a0got a lot of very positive responses from authors that work with them, so I’m looking forward to it.<\/p>\n

Race Wilcox and Derrick Steele are best friends and co-stars of a mildly popular television series that’s perpetually on the verge of cancellation. Publicity and ratings are a high priority for their network, and both stars are expected to attend the Halloween party which has been turned into a huge publicity event. Race hates Halloween, hates dressing up and hates publicity, and only the prospect of going along with Derrick makes the idea palatable. Until he finds out Derrick’s long-term, long-distance girlfriend Stella Reynolds will be joining them. Race is also straight, yet he can’t explain the sudden jealousy that information causes.<\/p>\n

When shocking events during and after the network’s party reveal startling secrets, Race comes to realize that he wants more than friendship with Derrick, only he’s not sure that Derrick is willing to put their friendship at risk by taking things to a whole new and intimate level.<\/p>\n
