My grandmother used to make one very much like the recipe Keira&#8217;s sharing. She also had a lovely cinnamon rice kugel. I should find that one to share too!<\/p>\n<p><b>Food, Glorious Food<\/b><\/p>\n<p>There are so many wonderful things about the holiday season, but I have to confess that all the delicious treats everywhere you turn is probably my very favourite thing about December. I love baking, so always wind up munching on far too many cookies and pies and other goodies.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 286px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/encrypted-tbn3.gstatic.com\/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQM1uc0CdaYV4CS_I278mZscR0-SD3Q9QSx1q6aLmo6k4r_LLSaVA\" width=\"276\" height=\"183\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Noodle kugel<\/p><\/div>\n<p>When it comes to savory food, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodnetwork.com\/recipes\/dave-lieberman\/noodle-kugel-recipe\/index.html\">Dave Lieberman\u2019s noodle kugel<\/a> is as easy \u2014 and delicious! \u2014 as it gets.<\/p>\n<h2>Noodle Kugel<\/h2>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 pound wide kosher for Passover egg noodles<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 stick butter, melted<\/li>\n<li>1 pound cottage cheese<\/li>\n<li>2 cups sour cream<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>6 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon ground cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup raisins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<p>Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.<\/p>\n<p>Boil the noodles in salted water for about 4 minutes. Strain noodles from water.
